This tour is for the cruise guests who will stay at BUSAN within a day.

Considering the nature of cruise ship, we will accommodate your cancel request without the penalty if your ship won’t come to BUSAN.
The itinerary will be adjusted after checking your ship’s docking schedule. Therefore, the tour start time & length might be different as per ship’s schedule. But, we won’t surcharge unless it last after dinner.
BUSAN is gaining reputation for rich tourist resources. Urban scenery, vibrant people, very authentic culture, traditional fish market, the beach have enabled the city to reposition itself as a leisure destination.
BUSAN has variety of atmospheres such as modern city (DONGBAEKSEOM, HAEUNDAE BEACH, CENTUM CITY shopping mall), very folky places (JAGALCHI FISH MARKET, GUKJE MARKET) and recent historical places (UN MEMORIAL CEMETERY, PROVISIONAL CAPITAL MEMORIAL HALL).
If you take HIGHLIGHTS OF BUSAN TOUR, you will have the chance of visiting OLD BUSAN and NEW BUSAN together.
Because YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE is located outskirt of the city, we will visit here first.
YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE is famous for the location at sea front. In the past, BEOMEOSA TEMPLE was more popular for the cruiser. But, now days, more people are visiting YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE maybe because BEOMEOSA TEMPLE is one of common architecture Buddhist building in KOREA. (We don’t recommend you combine BEOMEOSA TEMPLE and YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE because of the long driving distance.)
From YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE to the core tourist attractions, our car needs to drive along the beautiful bridge called GWANGAN BRIDGE.
Arrival at OLD BUSAN (Please note that there is no official naming like this. Also, this separation doesn’t mean OLD BUSAN is inferior to NEW BUSAN.), you will visit GAMCHON-DONG VILLAGE, which looks like fairy tale village. Even brutal property developer failed to demolish this village to built tall apartment building.
After then, let’s go down to GWANGBOK-DONG STREET, GUKJE MARKET and JAGALCHI FISH MARKET. These are located next to each other and regarded the best presentation of OLD BUSAN because the city was formed here in the beginning.
Before heading back to hotel, you will visit TAEJONGDAE. TAEJONGDAE is a kind of natural park at the corner of YEONGDO ISLAND (connected with bridge). You will get on the circular trolley, which is moving around 3 KM long trail.
Other than above places, some people would request to visit UN MEMORIAL CEMETERY, OREUKDO SKYWALK, BUSAN AIR CURISE (cable car over the sea), HWANGRYONGSAN MOUNTAIN.

Around 8:30: Meet your guide at cruise terminal
09:30 – 10:30: YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE
Transfer to the east side of BUSAN. You will visit YONGGUNGSA TEMPLE, which is situated at the rock at the seafront. This temple got the main position among Buddhist temples at Busan.
11:00 – 11:30: DONGBAEKSEOM ISLAND
Long time ago, this was an island just near coast, but, it is connected with the main land. It is renowned for the view point for the panoramic view of NEW BUSAN, called HAEUNDAE. Also, there is special building called NURIMARU, which is only allowed for international summit meeting.
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch
If you don’t mind, we would like to give you the chance of having the set menu of several a la carte Korean dishes. But, this can be skipped.
13:00 – 13:30: Transfer to OLD BUSAN
You will back to old town of BUSAN via two big bridges. Until few years ago, the transfer time between HAEUNDAE and old town was almost one hour, but, it was shortened by the construction of big bridges crossing the sea. While your car is moving on the bridge, you will see the scenery of skyscrapers at the waterfront on the background of the sea.
13:30 – 14:00: GAMCHEONDONG VILLAGE
Looks like fancy village at the hill-side. But, this is least developed residences complex looks like Favela in Brazil. No interest from real estate developers makes this village as tourist attraction ironically.
14:30 – 15:30: GUKJE MARKET and JAGALCHI FISH MARKET
Walk around small alleys at GUKJE MARKET and JAGALCHI FISH MARKET. GUKJE MARKET has witnessed two major historical events: the liberation of KOREA and the subsequent KOREAN WAR. Right after the liberation, Japanese goods entered in bulk and Korean refugees who had fled to BUSAN started businesses at this market, which was once the nation’s largest center for business and logistics. Today, it is a great place to buy traditional Korean ware, traditional bedding, and hand-made crafts.
16:00-16:30: Back to cruise terminal
